Shipping Date:

Your order will usually be shipped out within one day. You will receive an email containing the tracking information, by which you can check the status of your order.

    Shipping Period:

    Your order will be delivered 5-7 business days with FBA Fulfillment by Amazon. You can email if you haven’t yet received your order after 7 days. Your concern will be replied within 24 hours.

      Shipping Address:

      We currently only ship to U.S. Please double check your address before placing the order. If you find your address incorrect after the order is placed, please contact immediately. We can only modify the address for you before your order is shipped out. Otherwise, you will need to pay for the relevant costs.

        Delivered but your order is not received:

        Please check your office, mailbox and neighborhood if you do not receive your package but the tracking status is “delivered”. If you still cannot find you package, please contact us and we will ship again within 3 business days.

          Missing packages:

          We use Amazon Shipping so that you can get your package as soon as possible but situations such as missing package cannot be eliminated. When you track the status of your package and find it unchanged on the way to your home for more than 5 days, it is possibly that this package is missing. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can process your order and ship again within 3 days.

          Package is returned:

          If you find that your package is returned to us because your address is wrong or nobody can sign for the delivery, please contact us so that we can check the status of your package. After we received your package, we will double check the address with you and ship your order again.
