SHIPPING FAQ

  • HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER WILL SHIP?

    We usually ship all orders within 1 business day of confirmed payment.

  • CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

    You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into Your Account to change or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact our Customer Service. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.

  • WHAT IF MY ITEM/ PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

    When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps: 

    • 1. Take a picture of the damage. 
    • 2. Then  Email us immediately and attach the photos.
    • 3. We will contact you directly with the next steps.
    • 4. DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

    WE ARE NOT DIRECTLY LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGES, DURING DELIVERY. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE HAVE TO CLAIM THE DAMAGE WITH THE SHIPPING COURIER AND SEND YOU THE PARTS OR REPLACEMENT.
